Desert Star Plastics (DSP) is not responsible for typographical and/or
photographic errors. All products are accompanied by the original Limited
Warranty. Buyer pays return shipping charges for all RMA services. DSP
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Payment Methods.

Pre-paid company check, personal check, cashier's check or money order
(Note: Pre-paid methods, including cashier's checks, take slightly longer
to process because all payments must first clear with the bank due to
the risk of fraudulent checks. For questions, please call at 1-800-878-6144.)
We do not take C.O.D. orders. Please accept our apologies but we do
not accept international credit cards on website at this time. Please
call us at 1-800-878-6144 to place an order.
Shipping.
Shipment dates are estimated, DSP cannot guarantee delivery on a specific
date. On the orders with large quantities and custom made products a variation
of up to 5% in quantity is acceptable to Buyer. Payment adjustments will
be made within 5 business days.
All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. DSP does not process
orders during weekends and major holidays.
We insure shipment up to $100 per shipped box. Buyer can purchase additional
insurance to cover potential damage or loss over $100 per box.
We use FedEx as our primary shipping company. However we reserve the right
to select the shipping company of our choice. Estimated delivery time:
- Ground - 5 to 7 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order for
stocked items.
- 3rd Day Air - 3 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order for
stocked items.
- 2nd Day Air - 2 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order for
stocked items.
- Next Day Air- Delivery within 1 business day + 24-48 hours to process
the order for stocked items.
- For all custom made items or items with initial setup, process time
will increase up to 3 weeks.
All orders shipped to PO Boxes will be delivered by USPS. All orders shipped
to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States
of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin
Islands (U.S.) will be delivered by USPS Parcel Post, and delivery time
will increase approximately by 1-5 weeks.
DSP does not offer International/Canadian shipping options from website
at this time. Please call 1-800-878-6144 to place an order.
After shipment is received, Buyer will inspect all products for damage,
defect or shortage, and will give DSP prompt notice, within 2 business
days, of any damage, defect or shortage that buyer finds. Buyer should
retain shipping package until resolution of the case.
Returns.
No returns will be accepted by DSP without proper authorization. Authorization
and shipping instructions for the return of any product must be obtained
from DSP. All returns are subject to manager's approval.
Non defective products:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or $25.00, whichever is
greater. Product must be returned with complete identification in accordance
with DSP instructions or will not be accepted. Products must be in marketable
condition upon receipt by DSP. Purchaser will pay for all shipping charges.
For simple fabrication (not machined parts) registration variance of 1/16
of an inch is within industry standards and is considered acceptable.
Registration variance may occur in plastic products unless precise tolerance
is specified in the order. Custom made items and non-standard items are
non-returnable. DSP will not be responsible in any event for product returned
without proper authorization.
Defective products:
Buyer is responsible to inspect products upon receipt, and if defective
Buyer should retain shipping package and notify DSP within 3 working days.
If Buyer does not possess shipping package DSP reserves right to refuse
claim. If product is found to be defective DSP will replace at DSP expense
via UPS ground.
Limited Warranty.
Products sold by DSP to Buyer conform to the manufacturers' specifications
as set forth in the applicable product certification. Buyer must
give DSP notice of any visible defects within 30 days after the
date the products are delivered. DSP may, at DSP's option, either
replace the products or refund the purchase price. Buyer should
not return products until seller agrees that Buyer may do so. This
Limited Warranty is given only to the original purchaser and does
not extend to any subsequent purchaser or transferee of DSP's products.
The original purchaser is not entitled to extend or transfer this
warranty to any other party. DSP is not responsible for misuse or
improper care of the product.
Claims.
Claims for damage or shortage or any other reason must be made within
3 business days from the date of product receipt, and Buyer must
retain shipping package. DSP will not be responsible for any harm
arising out of Buyer's purchase, possession or use of any products
supplied by DSP, Buyer's use of any function on DSP's websites or
any technical advice DSP may offer, except as agreed in the Limited
Warranty set out above. DSP will not be liable for consequential,
special, incidental or exemplary damages, including, but not limited
to, loss of profits, cost of any substitute for the products Buyer
bought, claims of third parties or injury to persons or property.
